Engr. ATTOE, Patrick E. B. (B.Eng., M.Eng., COREN, FNSE, NiMechE, SPE.) Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Engr. Patrick is an accomplished leader and technical professional with extensive expertise in engineering, opportunity management, and asset management. He has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and has worked with one of the foremost international oil companies (IOCs) in Nigeria. During his career, he developed proficiency in various areas of oil and gas field operations, engineering, project management, and Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) processes. He is also highly skilled in conflict management and a competent negotiator.
He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Registered Member of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), Member of the Nigerian Institute of Mechanical Engineers (NIMechE, Member Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and Member Society of Reliability Engineers (SRE).

Emmanuel Otop Bassey. Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Mr. Emmanuel Bassey is a practicing Geoscientist of over 30 years standing and holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Geology from the University of Calabar as well as a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Petroleum Geology from the University of Port Harcourt.
He started his career in Southsea Petroleum Consultant as an Assistant Research Geologist and rose through the ranks (Micro paleontologist, Biostratigrapher, Stratigrapher, and Safety manager) to become the consultancy Manager before joining the Research and Development Division of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).
In the last 10 years, he has worked as an independent Consultant covering several job descriptions, providing subsurface solutions within the purview of the Geosciences. His work experience covers several projects in the domain of Geosciences for NNPC Exploration and Production Limited, SHELL, Chevron Texaco, ExxonMobil, Seplat, MoniPulo, Newcross etc. as well as several field/academic research studies in the Calabar flank, Niger Delta, Benue Trough, Anambra Basin and the Rio del Rey Basin in Cameroon.
He is currently the Managing director of Tetrad Geosciences Solutions Limited and is affiliated to the Nigerian MIning and Geoscience Society (NMGS) as well as the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationist (NAPE) as a member.
He is married with children.
